It all started!
The explanation for the entire universe and its contents goes something like this; a very long time ago there was only energy which condensed into matter, the lightest and easiest matter that energy could condense into was Hydrogen which then clumped together under the force of gravity into regions of space occupying less and less volume and more and more Hydrogen in that volume due to gravity that then ignite under the extreme inward pressure of gravity and became a fusion nuclear reaction that radiate various energies outward which were able to overcome the gravitational force pulling those energies back, these energies being a byproduct of nuclear fusion reaction include infrared heat and visible light thus normal stars were born, nothing else existed at this point in the universe, just Hydrogen and stars where gravity pulled enough Hydrogen into a region of space that started a natural fusion nuclear reaction... Time pressed on and more and more normal stars formed and some older stars converted all the Hydrogen they possessed into heavier and heavier elements right down the periodic table of elements naturally occurring known states of mater, Helium, Argon, Oxygen, Neon... all the way down to Iron all elements are naturally made in star fusion reactions... When an old star ends up having only Iron to burn it stops it's fusion reaction and collapses under the force of gravity because the absence of outward (nuclear-fusion) force no longer exists and nothing is to stop the star from collapsing... A star stops being a normal common star when it fuses all the lighter elements into heavyer elements reaching the state of attempting to burn Iron, it cannot fuse Iron into anything heavier and under it's current gravitational inward force causes the hot molten Iron soup star to rapidly collapse inwards under it's gravitational pull, it would collapse to near infinitely small volume if the star is massive enough, any star 1.8 times greater than Earth's Sun would collapse infinitely at the end of its life cycle, it would be a dark star, may continue manufacturing elements (not-likely) and emitting radiation or visible light but these cannot escape the super massive force of gravity's pull inward and cannot be seen ever leaving this region of space but gravity continues to influence objects containing mater near by even though you cannot detect easily where the gravitational influence is coming from... Dark stars 1.8 or more times the mass of Earths Sun, these super massive objects are in centers of galaxy's having enormous gravitational influence over all the matter contained in these galaxy's... Stars 1.8 times or less than Earths Sun at the stage of having converted trough fusion reactions all of their matter within to Iron collapse due to gravity but only to a point which is reached withing 0.3 seconds at which time the strong nuclear force (the repulsion force of atoms/electrons) "kick-back" overriding gravity's inward pull and the collapsing matter bounces back in all directions outward from the center (core) violently at a vary rapid (near-speed-of-light) expansion in all directions, this is a Supernova explosion and it is the source of mater for everything else in the universe, planets, asteroids, gold, lead, uranium all elements heavyer than Iron are created in and dispursed by suns trough the supernova explosions, all sources of lighter than Iron elements are manufactured in fusion reactions and heavyer than Iron elements are manufactured and dispersed in supernova explosions only to be collected later in planets and comets and new suns under the force of gravity, a never ending cycle. A supernovad sun that has distributed most of its mass remains a small very dense neutron star or brown dwarf and may remain stable until attracted by and merged with a more massive object like a dark star... In the supernova explosion heavier than Iron elements are created under the extreme pressures of the explosion fusing readily available matter (iron) into heavyer elements and immediately ejecting under the ouward pressure of the strong nuclear force from the center of a rapidly collapsing molten Iron star. Any element heavier than Iron is thus created in the tiny fraction of time .03 seconds that it takes for the matter in an first collapsing and second exploding sun bouncing back from the action of the outward push of the strong nuclear force around atoms/electrons, elements leave the area of the supernova sun under the force of the expulsion of the strong nuclear force mater combining into various naturally occurring forms of elements... Thus the natural process of gravity, fusion and the strong nuclear force in supernovas create all the matter that exists in the universe these elements are listed on the periodic table of elements. More heavier elements are likely existing and are naturally being created all the time in dark stars that are to massive for supernova explosions and in which the outward force of the strong nuclear force is ballanced with the inward force of gravity under super heavy gravitational forces, temperatures, and the strong nuclear force reacting with mater may work in unknown ways to our current awareness creating exotic elements that may be mined by advanced extraterrestrial civilizations from the dark stars (black-holes) obviously needing technologies beyond our current human undertandings... For instance gravity and the passage of time is related, where time flows slower in the presence of stronger and stronger gravity and the more massive an object is the more gravity it has and the more it naturally warps space and the flow of time around its self... Some of these ideas are likely used by advanced propulsion systems that warp space simultaneously reducing the passage of time for a journey across vast distances in between points of interests around the gallaxy...
Likely hard evidence of extraterrestrials interacting with humans and being able to be verified by material scientists are those alien implants that are made of advanced materials unknown to current human science-technologies...
Once enough time has passed where enough hydrogen was converted to heavier mater in stars that have gone supernovae and spread the star manufactured naturally occurring elements all over the universe and under the force of gravity planets were able to form from these elements and again under the force of gravity gases were captured by planets forming atmosphere and having pressure within them again under the force of gravity gases condense into liquids and being close enough to local suns to receive regular energy input from sun to have weather mixing elements located on planets creating friction in atmosphere leading to electrostatic lighting strikes that may help start minimal sophisticated self sustaining chemical reactions among these elements upon which more chemical reactions occur creating byproducts that are favored by yet still more chemical reactions that evolve into simple biological processes that are also self sustaining reproducing and organizing into ever more complicated forms of simple biological processes operating under the laws of nature and evolution where the fit survive and adapt to their ever changing environment whatever that environment may be and change or adapt again and again over long periods of time as necessary to new pressures on the environment that they happen to be evolving in reaching higher and more successful combinations and permutations of biological processes incorporated to eventually higher specialization and organisms that eventually develop self awareness over their environment and relation to it and each other evolving whatever society and civilization that can naturally occur in due time...
